Your claim agreement is what allows us to act for you with HMRC. Nothing can be submitted until it is signed, so it is worth doing early.
Where to find it
Sign in at app.taxpro.co.uk, open your claim, then open the Claim Agreement step.
The web address looks like app.taxpro.co.uk/claims/<your claim>/sign.
How to sign
The agreement opens inside the page. Scroll through it.
Type or draw your signature where indicated.
Confirm. The step marks itself complete within a few seconds.
You'll be emailed a copy for your records. It is a no win, no fee agreement: our percentage only applies once your refund is secured.
If it won't load or the signature box doesn't appear
Give it a few seconds. The document loads from our signing provider and can be slow on a weak connection.
Refresh the page once.
If you're on a phone, try turning it to landscape, or open the same link on a laptop.
If your agreement has expired, tell us and we'll reissue it. You don't need to start your claim again.
